Develop your patience and precision on this day-long course with guidance from our expert tutors (and a little help from our electric mixers). You will make 12 macaroons filled with two unique flavours:
- White macaroon flecked with Bettys Espresso Coffee and filled with a rich espresso and dark chocolate ganache.
- Coloured macaroon filled with black currant and crème de cassis pâte de fruits.
We will provide boxes for any you'd like to give as gifts.
