Track Your Order

For your convenience, all our delivery services are tracked from our Harrogate bakery to your chosen delivery address.

You will receive an email confirming dispatch. Within this email, there will be a link allowing you to track your order. You will also receive direct emails from our courier partners that allow you to interact and, if required, choose additional delivery options, such as leaving your parcel in a safe place or selecting an alternative address.

Missed your delivery

If you miss a delivery attempt on your chosen day, a second delivery attempt will be made automatically on the next day (if you have selected premium or named-day delivery on a Friday, the next delivery attempt will be on Monday).
