Size guide

Our gift box is designed to accommodate approximately 4 items of various sizes, for example a cake, a box of chocolates, florentines or biscuits, plus tea, coffee or even a half-bottle of Champagne. If you choose particularly large products, your order will be packed into two gift boxes.

FAQs

How many items will fit in the box?

We recommend 4 items. For example a cake, a box of chocolates, florentines or biscuits, plus tea, coffee or even a half-bottle of Champagne. If you choose particulary large items, we may need to use an additional gift box.

Will all the items in my basket be added to the gift box?

All items in your basket will be added to the occasion gift box, except for any pre-made gift boxes. If you have more than 4 items in your basket, we may need to use an additional gift box.

Can all items fit inside the gift box?

Almost all our products can fit inside our occasion gift boxes, with the exception of any pre-made gift boxes/bags/hampers. If you choose particulary large items, we made need to use an additional gift box.

What if I exceed the recommended number of items?

If you exceed the recommended number of items (4), we may need to use an additional gift box.

Can I order more than one box?

You can only order one occasion gift box per order. If you would like to order multiple occasion gift boxes, please place separate orders.

Can I order pre-made gift boxes in the same order?

Yes, you can order pre-made gift boxes along with an occasion gift box.
