Made with vine fruits and cherries and soaked in Vintage Port and Yorkshire ale. The puddings are given almost a year to mature which allows the flavours to develop fully in time for Christmas. Presented in a box exclusively illustrated for Bettys by Yorkshire artist, Emily Sutton.

Vintage Christmas Pudding 800 g Ingredients: Vine fruits (37%) (raisins, currants, sultanas), free-range eggs, sugar, vintage port (5%), Yorkshire ale (water, heather, hops, yeast, malted barley), glacé cherries (5%) (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: sulphur dioxide), wheat flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), vegetable suet (vegetable oils (sunflower, palm), rice flour), citrus peels (glucose-fructose syrup, orange peel, invert sugar syrup, lemon peel, acidity regulator: citric acid), breadcrumbs (wholemeal wheat flour, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), yeast, salt, wheat gluten, barley malt flour, flour treatment agent, vitamin C), almonds, orange juice, lemon juice, mixed spices, salt, brandy.

We use many types of nuts and flour at our Craft Bakery. Whilst this product may not list them as specific ingredients, it may still contain traces. Suitable for Vegetarians Unsuitable for Vegans This product contains alcoholic ingredients and cannot be sold to anyone under the age of 16. 6-8 portions Steaming instructions:
Remove the pudding from the box, place into a steamer and cook for 2 hours. Wearing oven gloves, remove the pudding from the steamer, then remove the lid, being careful of any excess steam. Place a warm plate over the top of the bowl, turn over and remove the pudding bowl. Decorate with a sprig of holly. Serve with rum sauce or whipped fresh cream.
Remove the pudding from the box and loosen the lid. Place the pudding in the microwave and cook for 6 minutes. Wearing oven gloves, remove the pudding from the microwave, then remove the lid, being careful of any excess steam. Place a warm plate over the top of the bowl and turn over. Leave to stand for 8 minutes with the bowl still covering the pudding. Wearing oven gloves, remove the pudding bowl and serve. This is a guideline for use with an 800W microwave. If not 800W, please refer to manufacturer's instructions.
