Roasted Garlic, Cardamom & Coriander Flatbreads - Soft and fluffy breads, with warming spice and sweet roasted garlic.
Olive, Lemon & Rosemary Focaccia - A light sourdough focaccia packed with Mediterranean character.

All courses are taught in our dedicated Cookery School, with state of the art kitchens, quality ingredients and support from friendly, experienced tutors. We provide all ingredients and equipment needed on the day, as well as delicious refreshments to enjoy, including breakfast on arrival and a two-course lunch with wine. And whatever you make with us, you’ll take it away at the end of the course to impress your loved ones and tuck into at home.
