On this one-day course, our expert tutors will guide you through the techniques behind three delicious Easter bakes. You’ll learn how to make enriched doughs and beautifully balanced spiced and chocolate treats – all ready to take home and enjoy:

  • Hot Cross Buns
  • Four soft, spiced buns enriched with Yorkshire Tea-soaked fruits
  • Simnel Cake, a mini version of the traditional Easter favourite, topped with golden marzipan
  • Swiss Chocolate Brownies, a batch of 12 rich, fudgy brownies made with premium Swiss chocolate.

All courses are taught in our dedicated Cookery School, with state of the art kitchens, quality ingredients and support from friendly, experienced tutors. We provide all ingredients and equipment needed on the day, as well as delicious refreshments to enjoy, including breakfast on arrival and a two-course lunch with wine. And whatever you make with us, you’ll take it away at the end of the course to impress your loved ones and tuck into at home.
