These hand-piped discs of our Swiss Grand Cru milk, white and rich dark chocolate make a wickedly indulgent after-dinner treat. Each is topped with a tempting mix of roasted caramelised almonds, brandy-soaked raisins, pistachio nuts and roasted cocoa bean nibs.
