Our Craft Bakery is the home of patience, skill and attention to detail – the values of our chocolatier founder, Frederick, which live on more than a century later. Creating our Easter eggs begins with tempering, ensuring our luxurious Swiss chocolate—made from rare Criollo cocoa beans—achieves a perfect shine and satisfying ‘snap’. This year, our Chocolatiers are introducing the new Caramel Crunch Blonde Easter egg, , a sumptuous celebration of our chocolatiers craft with silky smooth caramelised Swiss blonde chocolate and crunchy golden caramel pieces.

There you’ll find four fountains of exquisite Swiss chocolate which flows into every chocolate product that we create. Our Swiss founder, Frederick Belmont, was a renowned chocolate specialist who brought the secrets of his home country’s most irresistible creations to Yorkshire.
