This Easter, our clever craft bakers have hatched the most adorable variety of our signature Fondant Fancies yet.
Our dainty fancies are made with a lemon version of our classic all-butter Genoese sponge, sandwiched with tangy lemon curd and smooth lemon buttercream. We cover each one with a layer of marzipan, coat it in soft yellow fondant icing and seal the base with Swiss white chocolate, then finish it with a hand-piped royal icing chick design.
Our Easter Chick Lemon Fondant Fancies are perfect for elegant spring teatimes, or to send as a clutch of irresistible treats to someone special.
