At the heart of our Easter Nest Cake is a rich sponge made with Swiss Grand Cru dark chocolate and muscovado sugar, brushed with raspberry syrup and layered with tangy raspberry preserve. Wrapped in silky chocolate vanilla ganache and finished with hand-decorated details, this cake will – dare we say it? – have your guests flocking to the plate.
