You might notice that our newest Fondant Fancies are blushing. Have they caught the sun, or is it from the attention that they’ll receive as this season’s most fancied fancy? There’s certainly no need to be bashful: with their combination of classic Bettys elegance and exuberant fruity flavour, these limited-edition treats will be welcome wherever they go this summer.

Our Mango & Passion Fruit Fondant Fancies are made by our craft bakers from our classic all-butter Genoese sponge, layered with mango and passion fruit pâte de fruit – a wonderfully vibrant taste of pure sunshine. Each one is then given a layer of marzipan, dipped into soft fondant icing and sealed with Swiss white chocolate. With that finishing blush of natural red colour and five hand-piped dots of passion fruit-hued royal icing, our Fondant Fancies are perfectly outfitted for your picnics, garden parties and birthday celebrations. But if you’d like to share this taste of summer with your guests, don’t delay – they won’t be around for long.

Our brand new Mango and Passion Fruit Fondant Fancies are perfect for any occasion, be it a tea party or afternoon snack. We make them using the finest Genoese sponge cake, sandwiched with mango and passion fruit pâte de fruit, plus a thin layer of white chocolate across the base to keep the sponge perfectly moist. Finally we add marzipan and a flawless coating of the smoothest fondant icing, before our confectioners hand-pipe dots of passion fruit-hued royal icing on top. This hand finished touch ensures that though they’re all perfect, each and every one is unique.
