On this one-day course led by our expert tutors you will learn how to cover a Genoese sponge sandwich cake, first with marzipan, then with a layer of soft icing. Next you will craft sugar paste decorations, working with precision to create your choice of delicate flowers and foliage, from autumn leaves to festive holly. After adding your own message in hand-piped royal icing, you will finish the course with a beautiful cake to take home.
