Our Cookery School Tutors spend their lives taking amateur cooks from ‘how?’ to ‘wow!’, but which are their favourite courses?
Lisa Bennison: “You don’t have to put baby veg in the corner – on our Vegetariano! course we teach you how to put it centre stage. I love showing students how to take veggie ingredients and transform them into a feast for the eyes and tastebuds.”
Chris Taylor: “Lots of people have a fear of pastry so I love teaching our It's All In The Pastry course. It’s wonderful to see people’s pride at the end of the day as they look at their tarts and pies and say, ‘I actually made those!’”
Will Pemberton: “The street food revolution is here! The irresistible flavours of this Asian food trend have really caught on as people switch from the formality of fine dining to pick-up-and-go dishes. That's why our Street Food course is a personal favourite.”
