On this one-day course you will learn what really goes into a great loaf, from nurturing and baking with a sourdough starter from Bettys Craft Bakery, to the practical kneading and proving techniques that will make your bread better every time. As well as a rustic sourdough loaf and one inspired by Bettys’ much-loved Swiss Muesli Loaf, you will create a batch of flaked wheat rolls, before taking your freshly baked goods home to enjoy.
