Each one is handcrafted in small batches by Bettys chocolatiers using the finest Swiss Grand Cru milk chocolate – made with 38% cocoa for a most deliciously rich and creamy taste with hints of honey and caramel.
Inspired by the iconic bear of Bern, Switzerland, a symbol of strength and resilience, our Swiss Milk Chocolate Bear pays tribute to Bettys founder Frederick Belmont. Born near Bern in 1885, Frederick overcame adversity to bring his Swiss craft to Yorkshire, founding Bettys in 1919.
