A lot goes into a Bettys Fondant Fancy, ensuring that each part is just so. Perfectly tender, delicately sweet Genoese sponge, rich, creamy buttercream, proper marzipan that is soft and authentically almondy, plus the semi-soft fondant icing that is so outrageously satisfying to eat.
We’re proud to add to this our new Yorkshire Strawberry Jam, grown, simmered and packaged here in Yorkshire by fifth-generation farmer and local food hero Annabel Makin-Jones.
The word ‘craft’ gets used a lot these days, but at Bettys we really mean it.
