The perfect centrepiece to gather around at your Coronation party or indulgent bank holiday teatime, this rich fruit cake is made at Bettys Craft Bakery using sherry-infused vine fruits and glacé cherries, with extra sherry added after baking for the finest taste and texture. Coated in marzipan and soft sugar icing, the cake is decorated with classic royal icing, with a golden crown design and elegant hand-piped details.
