Crafted with care, this exquisite fondant fancy layers a light Genoese sponge with a zingy raspberry pâte de fruit and a luxuriously smooth white chocolate buttercream. Topped with a layer of raspberry buttercream and marzipan, then enrobed in soft fondant icing, it offers a harmonious blend of fruitiness, sweetness and melt in the mouth texture.
