Made by our craft bakers from all-butter Genoese sponge, each dainty cake is sandwiched with a rich mocha ganache containing coffee-infused Swiss chocolate, then topped with a layer of delicious marzipan. After coating the fancies in soft fondant icing and sealing them at the base with a layer of Swiss white chocolate, we add the finishing touch – a delicious sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.

Our Mocha Fondant Fancies are perfect as a mid-morning treat or for sharing with friends at afternoon tea, accompanied by a cup of your favourite coffee blend.
