These charming cakes are made with a delicate Genoese sponge, layered with smooth vanilla buttercream and encased in soft marzipan. They are crafted by our talented confectioners to create a strikingly realistic cauliflower, and a uniquely sumptuous treat. A Bettys seasonal favourite, they have featured on the fancy trays in our Café Tea Rooms since the 1930s and they’re now available online for a limited time.
