This exquisite fondant fancy begins with a light Genoese sponge, soaked in zesty lime syrup. It is layered with subtle elderflower buttercream and a vibrant lime pâte de fruit and topped with marzipan, before being enrobed in soft, smooth fondant icing. The result is a beautifully balanced confection, offering fresh fruit notes, gentle sweetness and a truly melt‑in‑the‑mouth texture.
