Our bakers have really captured the taste of summer in these bite-sized delights. A beautifully light lemon and almond frangipane sponge is paired with tangy raspberry jam on a sweet pastry base. Each piece is topped with lemon water icing and sprinkled with crunchy nibbed sugar. Both ideal for sharing and irresistibly moreish, they’ll add a little sunshine to any morning coffee break, teatime or picnic.

Best enjoyed within 2 days of delivery, or suitable for freezing. 300g.
