A deliciously rich and dense Swiss dark chocolate cake inspired by the classic Sachertorte recipe. Made with our Swiss Grand Cru chocolate and filled with apricot preserve, it’s enrobed in velvety soft chocolate ganache and finished with chocolate shavings.
