At Bettys, we make brownies a little bit differently. The key is our Grand Cru Swiss chocolate, made with rare Venezuelan Criollo and Trinitario cocoa beans. It's why their texture is so moreishly moist and that ganache topping so decadently rich - so they pack an indulgent chocolatey punch that belies their bitesized nature. How can you resist? They are so good for sharing, you may need to hide a few extra ones away for later. The perfect alternative to our traditional Christmas cake and ideal for chocolate lovers.
