Our dark chocolate salted caramel slices are a harmony of textures and flavours. Made with crisp, buttery shortbread, smooth, golden salted caramel made from brown sugar, condensed milk and golden syrup, and a generous layer of rich Swiss dark chocolate. Crafted from the finest Venezuelan cocoa beans, the chocolate offers deep, complex notes that perfectly balance the sweetness of the salted caramel. A final flourish of hand-spun chocolate adds an elegant finish.
