Crafted with care, this indulgent fondant fancy brings together deep cocoa richness and refreshing citrus lift, in a flavour pairing reminiscent of a much‑loved nostalgic sweet. Soft sponge is delicately soaked in zesty lime syrup and set atop a base layer of smooth Swiss dark chocolate. It is then layered with rich chocolate ganache, vibrant lime pâte de fruit and fine marzipan. Enrobed in soft fondant icing, it offers a beautifully judged balance of dark chocolate intensity, citrus sharpness and a luxurious, melt‑in‑the‑mouth finish.
