Across the day you will learn how to build rich flavours and satisfying textures as you prepare two warming recipes, each designed to serve two people. You will make a Beef Bourguignon of tender beef cooked in a rich red wine sauce with smoked bacon and caramelised shallots, served with light horseradish, lemon and herb dumplings. You will also prepare a Pork and Apple Crumble featuring succulent sautéed minced pork with sweet caramelised onions and wilted spinach, finished with a golden sage topping enriched with smoked Applewood cheese.
