A feast of sherry-soaked vine fruits, cherries and candied citrus peel, decorated by hand with a beautiful display of whole nuts and more cherries before being baked into a rich and malty cake. Our secret is a generous hand with the fruit and lots of black treacle, which transform into a moist, almost sticky cake ready to slice and serve with a pot of our sturdy Breakfast Blend.

A true English classic delivered with a touch of our founder’s continental baking finesse – our customers’ favoured fruitcake, honed over many decades, presented in a beautiful octagonal tin.

Our bakers’ tip for cutting your fruit cake is to use a sharp serrated knife with a gentle sawing action, cleaning the knife between each slice.

Topped with a tempting selection of glacé cherries, walnuts and Brazil nuts and housed in a keepsake Bettys tin, it's perfect for sending to loved ones at home or overseas.
