If you or a loved one is avoiding gluten but still want to enjoy classic Christmas bakes, this course is for you. Using time-honoured Bettys recipes that have been deliciously adapted for non-gluten containing ingredients and with guidance from our expert tutors, you will bake:
Christmas Cake - A 20cm traditional Christmas cake, moist, rich and fruity.
Christmas Pudding - A fruit-packed pudding that serves 4-6, perfect to take home and share at Christmas.
Frangipane and Mincemeat Tart - A scrumptious tart topped with almond frangipane. You will create the pastry and frangipane and use our provided special recipe mincemeat to bake this sweet festive treat.
You’ll enjoy Non‑Gluten‑Containing refreshments throughout the day, including breakfast on arrival and a delicious two‑course lunch with wine.
