Generous bites of our classic Christmas cake, topped with marzipan and brushed with gold shimmer, perfect for adding a bit of fruity festive sparkle to parties, family teatime and grand Boxing Day buffets.
There are a few magic ingredients that make our Christmas cakes so tempting; high quality vine fruits soaked in lots of sherry, glossy natural glacé cherries, lashings of black treacle for a malty, moist cake and the scent of candied citrus, which makes you smile as soon as you open the packet.
