To make a proper chocolate biscuit you need to start with real chocolate, and for these we use the same Grand Cru Swiss dark chocolate that we pour into our Cru Sauvage truffles. The chocolate is grated straight into our rich, buttery shortbread dough so that every bite is infused with its aromatic yet comforting flavours.

A buttery, chocolatey treat that is particularly enjoyable with a cappuccino or flat white – though obviously goes well with your favourite tea!
