A tender yet satisfyingly chewy Italian Christmas specialty that sits halfway between a Florentine and a fruitcake; a mix of roasted nuts, candied citrus, honey and spices gently baked into a moreish delicacy.
Ours, of course, is covered in a generous layer of Grand Cru Swiss milk chocolate, making it particularly perfect to serve as a teatime treat or after dinner with strong coffee. A perfect gift for the fruitcake fan who loves to try something a little different.
