Despite the name, there’s more than just carrot in this deliciously moist sponge cake. Our bakers have added a host of other delights: walnut pieces, sultanas, crushed pineapple, coconut, mixed spice and a touch of vanilla. Hand decorated with a light frosting and finished with crushed walnuts, it’s the perfect companion to a hearty cup of our Tea Room Blend tea.
