Made with gently caramelised onions and enriched with dates for natural sweetness. A hint of garlic, warming cayenne and mustard adds subtle heat and balance. Dark, glossy and full‑flavoured, it pairs beautifully with crumbly Yorkshire Wensleydale, a robust Yorkshire farmhouse Cheddar, traditional pork pies, cold cuts of roast beef or a well‑stocked Yorkshire cheese board.
