Every Bettys Caramel Slice is a perfectly balanced creation, half melt-in-the-mouth buttery shortbread, half rich golden caramel. Our sumptuous caramel is made with brown sugar, condensed milk, and golden syrup. We add a generous layer of Swiss chocolate made from the finest Venezuelan cocoa beans to create a delightfully creamy topping that is decorated with a final flourish of hand-spun chocolate by our skilled chocolatiers.
