This elegant fondant fancy is filled with smooth lemon buttercream and a jewel‑bright blackberry pâte de fruit and topped with marzipan, it is enrobed in pastel purple fondant icing. Finished with a delicate purple swirl and a yellow flower, it offers a delightful balance of citrus sharpness, ripe berry sweetness and a perfectly smooth, melt‑in‑the‑mouth finish.
