A smooth, elegant blend of black teas infused with the aromatic, almost herbaceous notes of natural bergamot citrus. Thought to be a hybrid of bitter orange and lemon, bergamot has a wonderfully evocative scent – zesty and ripe, with notes ranging from bright lime and bitter grapefruit peel, the perfect match to black tea’s malty flavours and tannins.

A lovely match to all sorts of cakes, and possibly our favourite with biscuits – in particular our buttery Yorkshire Shortbread or Chocolate & Orange Biscuits.
