The delicious blend we serve in our Café Tea Rooms. Arabica coffees from Central and South America are blended with first class Kenyan beans. These give the blend wonderful tones of lively citrus fruit and are full-bodied enough to make a really satisfying cup of coffee.

Medium roast.

Please note: this coffee is sourced by our sister company Taylors of Harrogate, and is delivered in Taylors packaging. Taylors joined the Bettys business in the 1960s when it was purchased after an overheard conversation in our Harrogate branch. Since then it has become one of the country's leading tea blenders and coffee roasters.

Instructions for use: To make perfect coffee pour as many beans as immediately required into your grinder, referring to your grinder for specific instructions. To experience this coffee at its best, only grind enough for immediate use and select the correct grinding setting for your equipment: medium for cafetieres, fine for filter and extra fine for espresso. As a general rule, four rounded dessert spoons of ground coffee should be used per pint of water adding a little more or less according to taste , The Perfect Cafetiere: 1) Add 1 rounded dessertspoon of coffee per person, 2) Pour on freshly boiled water - around 250ml per person, 3) Stir, wait 2-3 minutes and plunge
