Made to our time-honoured recipe with natural glacé cherries and sherry-soaked vine fruits, the cake is covered with Royal icing, including traditional piped edges. A stunning array of delicate hand-decorated Christmas roses, holly, ivy and stars then completes this unique Bettys creation.
