Each is filled with soft fondant delicately flavoured with the essence of peppermint, coated in crisp Swiss dark chocolate and embossed with a Bettys B. Perhaps the secret to their success is the mysterious Lady Betty herself, a vintage illustration discovered in our archives some years ago.
