Light and dainty, with a crisp shell and a soft, yielding centre, our macaroons are made in the time-honoured way at our Craft Bakery, from ground almonds, sugar and free-range egg whites. Each beautiful box  contains six macaroons.

Ingredients: sugar, almonds (22%), egg white, white chocolate (10%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole & skimmed milk powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin), flavouring (vanilla); cocoa butter 36% minimum, milk solids 25% minimum), strawberry puree (8%) (strawberries, invert sugar), cream (4%), glucose syrup, colour (betanin), water, dried egg white, citric acid, gelling agent (pectin), lemon juice.
