In this full day course you will make two varieties of macaroon: gooseberry, and strawberries and cream, learning about the delicious alchemy and meticulous techniques that go into this traditional treat. With guidance from our expert tutors (and a little help from our electric mixers) you will beat egg whites and sugar to perfection before combining with tant pour tant, a superfine almond and sugar mixture, ready to be hand-piped.
