Impress your guests without the stress as you prepare dinner for two with three fabulous courses. Our expert tutors will guide your cooking and offer tips on all stages from planning to presentation, as you prepare a menu that includes:
• A starter of goat’s cheese, beetroot and red onion filo pastry tartlets
• A main course of beef cheek and caramelised shallots, slow braised in port and red wine
• A dessert of coffee panna cotta and pistachio biscotti

All courses are taught in our dedicated Cookery School, with state of the art kitchens, quality ingredients and support from friendly, experienced tutors. We provide all ingredients and equipment needed on the day, as well as delicious refreshments to enjoy, including breakfast on arrival and a two-course lunch with wine. And whatever you make with us, you’ll take it away at the end of the course to impress your loved ones and tuck into at home.
