Bursting with festive flavours, this fruity, all-butter loaf cake offers a light – but supremely delicious – alternative to Christmas cake, perfect for winter tea times and elevenses.

It’s packed with candied orange zest and tangy orange-soaked cranberries, and contains a little twinkling of festive spices for a warming Christmassy taste. Hand-decorated with nibbed sugar, ready to enjoy with your cuppa or even some mulled wine.
