Reseal the bag after opening, store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
Instructions for use: To make perfect coffee pour as many beans as immediately required into your grinder, referring to your grinder for specific instructions. To experience this coffee at its best, only grind enough for immediate use and select the correct grinding setting for your equipment: medium for cafetieres, fine for filter and extra fine for espresso. As a general rule, four rounded dessert spoons of ground coffee should be used per pint of water adding a little more or less according to taste , The Perfect Cafetiere: 1) Add 1 rounded dessertspoon of coffee per person, 2) Pour on freshly boiled water - around 250ml per person, 3) Stir, wait 2-3 minutes and plunge
