For tea purposes Sri Lanka is still known by its imperial name, Ceylon. For our single estate Ceylon we have selected a fine OP grade tea from Diyagama West estate in the Dimbula Valley. Ceylon tea has a light, citrus-like character. This lovely 'afternoon tea' can be enjoyed with a dash of milk or a slice of lemon. Sri Lanka is famous for the quality of its high-grown teas. The combination of high altitude, rich soil and the clear, cool climate create a tea with a bright, golden appearance and delicate citrus notes.
