This special green tea is from Fujian Province in China, the original home of jasmine teas.
A light, delicate tea with a floral aroma, it's a traditional complement to Oriental food but is also an ideal afternoon or after dinner drink.The jasmine flowers are added to this high grade Fujian tea in the evening, as they start to open and release their full fragrance. After a few hours the tea leaves become infused with the flower’s sweet perfume as they are slowly dried.
