How Many:
Made from hi-tec silicone rubber, this brioche mat is nearly indestructible during normal use. It can withstand temperatures to +/- 260 and won't change shape. Once cooked and cooled, brioche or muffins will pop straight out, without the need for greasing or lining. The moulds are in a fluted shape, ideal for traditional brioche. Size: 29 x 19.5 x 4cm.
