Internal training covers everything from a thorough ’induction’, telling you everything you need to know to get your working life at Bettys off to a good start, through to customer experience and craft skills training, mastercraft workshops and team leader development.

We encourage and support our members of staff to achieve our in-house training levels and also in some areas of the business apprenticeships and other professional qualifications.
